TERMS OF RESERVATION
Any apartment presented on our site can be reserved for definite date at rent period of at least 3 days.
At rent period of 1-2 days we do not guarantee reserving of definite apartment beforehand. In this case we offer the following 3 variants of settlement:
1) You can pay for 3 days of habitation and reserve any apartment presented on our site.
2) You can send us an inquiry and if we find break between two reserved dates (for example on the very day of your arrival apartment is vacated) we will be able to provide you with definite apartment.
3) Settlement upon arrival.
You can call us upon arrival in Kiev (from airport) and during 15 minutes we will offer you free apartments. We will be able to inform you address and exact cost on the day of your arrival. It is possible only if you arrive during work hours, before 6 p.m. We do not guarantee that we will be able to settle you in one or another apartment but judging by our experience in 99% of cases it is possible to find a free apartment.
From April till September and also on holidays (8th of March, 1-7 of May, New Year, etc.) a great demand for apartments of hotel type is observed in Kiev, that is why you'd better reserve apartments at the least 1-2 weeks before your arrival. Prepayment is obligatory for guaranteed settlement.
SETTLEMENT TIME, DEPARTURE TIME

Settlement time - 13:00 Departure time - 12:00.
Early settlement is possible with payment for additional rent days.
Late settlement (before 6 p.m.) is possible with payment for additional half of the cost of day rent; after 6 p.m. - additional day rent cost.
Early settlement and late departure is possible with advance order during reservation.
This additional payment is determined by the fact we will be obliged to refuse the settlement of other customers. As agreed with you settlement or departure time can be changed.
PREPAYMENT

Customer guarantees apartment reservation by means of prepayment:
During apartment reservation for holidays (New Year's Day) for some apartments prepayment for the whole period of habitation is necessary.
Prepayment is included in total amount and is deducted during final settlement.
If you do not come, prepayment will not be returned. Reservation dates can not be changed. On arrival day you will have to pay for all ordered nights deducting prepayment.
Prepayment is accepted by means of:
credit card (protected payment server www.portmone.com.ua), Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment,
by means of PayPal system (foreign countries),
by means of Western Union system, Travelex, Anelik (foreign countries),
by any fast bank transfer (Ukraine),
by replenishment of our card or by cashless settlement (Ukraine),
by cash in our office (Kiev).
Reservation is valid only after prepayment is received.
After your prepayment is received (cost of the 1st rent day) we send confirmation of reservation specifying number of apartment and its address.
After confirmation of apartment reservation in case of reservation cancellation prepayment will not be returned.
Without prepayment we are not able to guarantee reservation. In this case on arrival to Kiev you can call us and if there are free apartments we will settle you with pleasure.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION

In case of non-arrival or cancellation of your reservation prepayment will not be returned.
In case of change of your arrival date prepayment will not be returned. In this case previous reservation is cancelled and apartment is reserved for new date.
When we receive your prepayment we decline other customers that want to rent an apartment for the same period. If you do not arrive we suffer losses; that is why regardless of the reason of your cancellation prepayment is not returned.
FORCE-MAJEURE

Reserved apartment can be replaced by recipient by the same one only in case of force-majeure circumstances (damage in building, on the street, water-supply or power-supply problems, apartment was rented for long lease, sold, taken off the daily rent).
In case of force-majeur apartment will be replaced by another one of the same class, location and cost.
GUARANTEES

Considering frequent cases of cheat of customer by unfair non-registered "firms" that have sites with apartments in internet, we would like to note the following:
- our project is working constantly in the field of hotel services during more than 5 years,
- all apartment presented on our site are real,
- pictures of each apartment are real,
- any apartment presented on our site can be reserved for definite date by means of prepayment for first rent day if you are going to spend there at least 3 days.
- we guarantee customer's settlement in the very reserved apartment (with the exception of force-majeur circumstances, see above).
- we prefer working with steady customers and we value our reputation. That is why we do not practice empty promises, reserving of one apartment and settlement in another one (with the exception of force-majeur circumstances).
- if we are not positive about possibility of reserving we do not make such a reservation.
